About Kathy Conron, MA, PCC 

Kathy Conron, President of Conron Coaching, is an experienced business leader and coach with deep expertise in coaching, leadership development, and talent management. Kathy’s extensive coaching experience includes one-on-one coaching as well as designing and facilitating team and group coaching. 

Kathy’s broad base of experience in talent management includes:

  • Developing and launching innovative leadership programs

Education

Kathy earned an M.A. in Curriculum, Instruction and Technology from Catholic University and a B.A. from Douglass College, Rutgers University. She is a graduate of the INSEAD Executive Development Program in France. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, and is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program.
